11. Non-Disparagement
You agree that you will not publish or post any false, misleading, or knowingly defamatory statements about aesthetics Jetpack™ or our services.
Nothing in this section prevents you from:
Sharing honest opinions or feedback directly with us, or
Posting truthful statements based on your experience, or
Making statements required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Changes to the Site & Terms
We may update or modify the Site or these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in US, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
