Client Service Agreement
Scope of Services
Aesthetics Jetpack™ (“Service Provider”) agrees to provide the Client with access to The Aesthetics Jetpack™, a done-for-you content and consult pipeline system, including the following deliverables:
Monthly content strategy and planning
1x monthly “Content Day” (on-site or remote video/photo capture)
Creation of short-form and long-form video content from captured assets
Scheduling and posting to agreed social media platforms
Setup and optimization of AI-assisted DM / lead-handling workflows
Performance tracking, reporting, and recurring strategy calls
All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Term & Timeline
This Agreement begins on the Effective Date stated in the accompanying proposal or invoice and covers a 90-day minimum term, followed by a month-to-month engagement unless ended under Section 8.
Key milestones (content days, delivery windows, and reporting cadence) will be outlined in the attached proposal / scope of work (“SOW”).
Fees & Payment Terms
The Client agrees to the pricing structure set out in the SOW. By default, Aesthetics Jetpack™ offers the following options:
Option A – Partner Program:
• $1,000 USD one-time setup fee
• $2,000 USD/month service fee
Option B – Ambassador Program (Founding Rate, if approved):
• $0 USD setup (waived)
• $1,500 USD/month service fee, locked in for as long as the Client remains active and in good standing
All payments are processed by Stripe or invoice and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Failure to complete a scheduled payment within 7 days of the due date may result in a pause of services until the account is brought current.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Complete onboarding within 5 business days of signing
Provide timely access to necessary accounts (e.g., social media, calendars, booking system, brand assets)
Attend scheduled content days and strategy/review calls or provide written updates
Approve deliverables or provide feedback within 3 business days of receipt
Follow up with leads and consultation requests within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 24–48 hours)
Comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations for medical aesthetics
Lack of cooperation or delayed responses may impact results and relieve Aesthetics Jetpack™ of any implied performance expectations.
Performance Guarantee
At this time, Aesthetics Jetpack™ does not provide any performance or revenue guarantee.
Any examples, case studies, or projections shared in marketing materials, calls, or documents are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise of specific results, income, number of leads, or booked consultations.
Unless a separate written guarantee is included in the SOW for a specific campaign, all fees are non-refundable
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data shared throughout this engagement (“Confidential Information”).
Client specifically agrees not to disclose or share non-public information about Aesthetics Jetpack™ systems, frameworks, DM flows, pricing, internal processes, or information about other clients, except to employees/contractors who need to know and are bound by similar confidentiality obligations.
This obligation survives the termination of this Agreement.
Non-Disparagement. Client further agrees not to make, publish, or communicate any false, defamatory, or knowingly disparaging statements, written, spoken, or online. About Aesthetics Jetpack™, its owners, team members, or other clients, during the term of this Agreement and for twelve (12) months thereafter.
Nothing in this section prevents Client from providing honest feedback directly to Aesthetics Jetpack™ or making truthful statements required by law or legal process.
Intellectual Property
Service Provider retains all rights to proprietary frameworks, branded systems, templates, scripts, DM flows, and materials used or delivered under this Agreement.
Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use final deliverables (e.g., edited videos, captions) for their own business marketing only, subject to full payment and compliance with this Agreement.
Client may not:
Copy, resell, or distribute Aesthetics Jetpack™ materials outside their organization
Rebrand or white-label Aesthetics Jetpack™ frameworks or systems
Use the materials to create a competing service without written consent
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated:
By either party, after the 90-day minimum term, with written notice in accordance with the SOW (or 30 days if not specified); or
By Aesthetics Jetpack™, immediately and without refund, in cases of non-payment, serious breach of confidentiality/non-disparagement, abuse, or unlawful behavior.
If terminated early by Client, no refunds will be issued. If terminated by Service Provider for non-cooperation or breach, services and access (including Slack, portals, and shared assets) may be revoked.
Client may continue to use previously delivered content for their own marketing, subject to Sections 6 and 7.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Aesthetics Jetpack™ be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to this Agreement.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by Client to Aesthetics Jetpack™ in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties consent to such jurisdiction.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any attached or referenced SOWs, proposals, or order forms, represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings, whether oral or written.
No amendment or modification is valid unless made in writing and agreed to by both parties (including via electronic signature or email confirmation).
